6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
!/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Jar D.L Jardine’s Pineapple Salsa (16oz.)
8 Flour Tortillas, Warmed
Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork chops evenly with cooking spray. Grill covered with grill lid, over medium high heat until done. ( Approx. 3-4 minutes on each side) Remove from grill and cut in strips or bite sized pieces. Serve in warm tortillas, drizzled with D.L Jardine’s Pineapple Salsa.
