<li>1 medium sweet onion (diced)</li>
<li>Your favorite BBQ Sauce – I like <strong><a href="http://peppers.com/cube/BBQ-Sauces/Texas-Rib-Rangers-Spicey-BBQ-Sauce-14-5/prod_111.html">Texas Rib Rangers (mild or spicy)</a></strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong> </strong>Mix beef and pork together. </li>
<li> In a medium hot pan, sauté onions. </li>
<li>Add meat mixture, brown and drain off fat. </li>
<li>Add <strong><a href="http://peppers.com/cube/Rubs-and-Dry-Seasonings/Bad-Byron-39-s-Butt-Rub-Barbecue-Seasoning-4-5-oz-/prod_3034.html">Butt Rub®</a></strong> ( 1 tsp or to taste). </li>
<li>Add approximately one 16 oz bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce. </li>
<li>You can add more than a bottle if you want it really sloppy!</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Note: </strong>Sloppy joes actually get better after refrigeration and reheating.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Small package cherry tomatoes, quartered</li>
<li>1 small onion, finely chopped</li>
<li>2 bell peppers, chopped approx ¼ in. (Two of the four colors required- red, yellow, green, orange)</li>
<li>1 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>4 ounces crumbled sharp cheese (Cheddar, bleu, Gorgonzola)</li>
<li>4 ounces <a href="http://peppers.com/cube/index.php?searchStr=sparky&amp;_a=viewCat&amp;sort_by=name&amp;sort_order=low"><strong>Sparky and Spike&#8217;s Tangy Pepper Relish</strong> </a>(Choose from Spicy or Hot)</li>
<li>1 sleeve Keebler Cornbread Bistro Crackers (Crush with the hand and reserve until just before serving)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a large bowl, mix above ingredients (except the crackers).</li>
<li>You can serve immediately or refrigerate until just before serving.</li>
<li>At the very last minute, just before serving, thoroughly mix the crackers with the other ingredients and serve.</li>
<li>A handful of the crushed crackers on top improves the presentation.</li>
<li>Leftovers? If there is some of the salad remaining after the meal- and there usually isn&#8217;t- don&#8217;t be afraid to refrigerate it and have some later. There&#8217;s something about the cornbread crackers that makes them palatable even though they&#8217;re moist.</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 hard cooked eggs, peeled, and cut lengthwise and remove yolks</li>
<li>3 tbsp. mayo</li>
<li>1 1/2 tsp sugar</li>
<li>1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard</li>
<li>1 tsp vinegar</li>
<li>1/4 tsp salt</li>
<li>1/8 tsp pepper</li>
<li>1/3 cup <strong>Happy Hal&#8217;s Jalapeno Relish</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Place egg white halves on tray and egg yolks in small bowl.</p>
<p>Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except for Happy Hal&#8217;s. Put approximately 1 tsp. of HH in each egg white halve. Spoon yolk mixture on top to cover.</p>
<p>Sprinkle a small amount of paprika on top of each egg for color contrast.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>

<li>2 Ripe Mangos &#8211; diced in small cubes</li>
<li>8 to 10 Peppadew Peppers &#8211; diced</li>
<li>1/2 cup of Red Onion &#8211; chopped</li>
<li>A few splashes of <strong>Green Bandit Cilantro Hot Sauce</strong></li>
<li>Juice from 2 Limes</li>
</ul>
<p>Combine diced mangos, diced Peppadew, chopped red onion in a bowl. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add the cilantro. Add a dash of the Peppadew juice to add additional heat and flavour if needed.</p>
<p>Let this mixture sit in the refrigerator for several hours to allow the flavours to combine.</p>
<p>Serve over grilled salmon or any other type of grilled fish, pork tenderloin, or grilled chicken.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 lb Skinless Chicken Breast, boneless</li>
<li>2 cups buttermilk</li>
<li>2 tbsp <strong>Louisiana Gold Red Pepper Sauce</strong></li>
<li>1 box Triscuit Crackers, pulverized in food processor or 2 cups dried bread crumbs</li>
<li>6 tbsp Vegetable Oil</li>
<li>1/2 cup mayonnaise, lowfat if desired</li>
<li>1/2 cup Sour Cream, lowfat if desired</li>
<li>1/2 Blue cheese, crumbled</li>
<li>4 cups Thinly Shredded Cabbage</li>
<li>2 cups Coarsely grated Carrots</li>
<li>1 cup Celery, thinly sliced</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Separate the tenders (the little flap of meat attached to the breast) from each breast half.</li>
<li>Pound the breast and the tenders between two sheets of plastic wrap to 1/8 inch thickness.</li>
<li>Whisk together the buttermilk and 1 tbsp of the <strong>Louisiana Gold Red Pepper Sauce</strong> with saltand pepper to taste; add the chicken and let marinade, covered and chilled for 30-40 minutes.</li>
<li>Lift the chicken out of marinade and dip it in the crumbs, making sure it is well coated on all sides.</li>
<li>Heat 3 tblsp of the oil in a large skillet over high heat until it is smoking.</li>
<li>Turn down heat to moderately high, add half the chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides and just through, about 6-8 minutes.</li>
<li>Repeat the procedure with the remaining oil and chicken.</li>
<li>Sprinkle  lightly with salt and transfer 1/4 of the chicken to each of 4 plates.</li>
<li>In a food processer or blender, puree the mayonnaise , sour cream, blue cheese, remaining<strong> Louisiana Gold Red Pepper Sauce , </strong>3 tbsp water, salt &amp; pepperto taste.</li>
<li>Tosss the cabbage, carrot and celery with 2/3 of the dressing.</li>
<li>Drizzle the remaing dressing over the chicken and top each portionm with some of the cole slaw.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 pkg. pinto beans</li>
<li>1 can onion soup or chopped medium onion</li>
<li>1 can tomatoes</li>
<li>½ lb ground beef, Italian sausage, or 1 bag veggie burger crumbles</li>
<li>1 tbsp. dry mustard</li>
<li>1 clove of garlic, crushed</li>
<li>¼ cup <strong><a href="http://peppers.com/cube/Peppers-Pickles-Relish/Happy-Hal-39-s-JalapeA-o-Relish-12oz/prod_1478.html">Happy Hal&#8217;s Jalapeño Relish</a></strong></li>
<li> 2-3 cans of beer</li>
<li>salt and pepper</li>
<li>2 tbsp. chili powder</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Soak beans overnight in 1-2 cans beer.</li>
<li> Next day, add more beer and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.</li>
<li>Cover and let simmer 1 hour, not stirring too much.</li>
<li>Add beer or water as needed to cover about 1 inch.</li>
</ol>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>CRYSTAL BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS  </strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 lb. chicken wings &amp; drummettes</li>
<li>Garlic Salt &amp; pepper</li>
<li>1/2 c. <strong><a href="http://peppers.com/cube/Hot-Sauces/Crystal-Extra-Hot-Hot-Sauce-6-oz-/prod_463.html">Crystal Extra Hot Hot Sauce</a></strong></li>
<li>1/4 c. butter</li>
<li>Oil for deep frying</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Season chicken wings and drummettes with garlic salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.</li>
<li>Heat frying pan and add enough oil for deep frying. When oil is very hot, slowly slide the chicken wings one at a time. Do not overcrowd.</li>
<li>Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Then drain on paper towels. When all are cooked, set aside.</li>
<li>To make the sauce, put the <strong><a href="http://peppers.com/cube/Hot-Sauces/Crystal-Extra-Hot-Hot-Sauce-6-oz-/prod_463.html">Crystal Extra Hot Hot Sauce</a></strong> and butter together in a small saucepan. Stir occasionally until butter melts.</li>
<li>Dip each piece of chicken into sauce. Serve immediately. Best when hot.</li>
<li>You can eat it like this or you can dip it in Ranch dressing.</li>
