Ingredients:
- 4 tbls olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbls Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Put all ingredients in a ziplock (bag/container) over night
2.Grill/ Bake/ Fry – Which ever you prefer
Ideas for this chicken:
1.Slice the chicken after its cooked and put it on top of a salad or pasta
2.Make chicken salad with it – just add mayo!
