Ole Ray’s BBQ Meatloaf

2lbs. ground beef, 12oz. pork sausage (optional)
1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1 jar of Ole Ray’s Sloppy Sauce (Save 1/2 cup of sauce to top meatloaf)
1tbs. chopped garlic, 2 celery stalks chopped, 1 cup bread crumps/oatmeal
1/4 cup of Ole Ray’s Kentucky Red Apple Cinnamon or Blackberry Wine BBQ Sauce (If not using Ole Ray’s Sloppy Sauce)

1.Mix all ingredients together and mold into loaf pan.
2.Spread more sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
3.Rest and drain juices before serving.
